All jewelry and accessories are made in-house by our team in Brazil and imported from there to the United States. 

Through our procurement and polishing division we are subject to rigorous requirements which set out the detailed standards that we are required to adhere to in order to maintain our status. Among other requirements there is a focus on supply chain management, provenance claims, child and forced labour and ethical standards generally. 

For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote.

We must receive the original jewelry in case a repair is possible to be made.

Yes, we are offering a 1-year warranty in all items purchased in our store.

You are receiving a high quality product but also we want to make sure you will be covered for issues you may find related to the durability of our metal or our gemstones.

Your jewelry is delicate. You should always remove your jewelry when working with your hands or engaging in activities that involve chemicals or abrasives. Take off your jewelry before any of the following:

- Swimming in water that has been treated with chlorine

- Cleaning your home

- Working in the garden

- Playing sports, especially contact sports
